Kimberly James:
Kimberly is a third generation Californian, originally from the San
Francisco Bay area and been with Coldwell Banker Malibu West
for nearly two years. She is a member of the following
organizations: The National Association of REALTORS,
California Association of REALTORS, Malibu Association of
REALTORS and the Multiple Listing Service of California. She is
experienced in various aspects of Real Estate including
Residential, Commercial, and Leasing.
Kimberly has an extensive business background. She was
associated with Coldwell Banker as an agent in Las Vegas in
the late 1980's and was the Director of Public Relations for
development of a master planned city, Eagle Mountain, Utah.
She has been active in the rehabilitative services field on both a
professional and philanthropic level for more than a decade and
has been instrumental in the development and operation of
multiple new businesses, primarily in Malibu, but also in Utah.
This professional experience has proven to be an invaluable
and intangible asset in the creation, structuring and closing of

Brenda worked extensively in the fashion and entertainment industry in Europe, Asia and the US. Those years of
international experience and exposure gives her a unique perspective, understanding and commitment that she brings to
the table in every aspect of her life and work.
While studying in New York, she met her actor/writer husband and together they soon moved west. For the last twenty years
Malibu is the place that she, and her family,have called home. In that time they have bought, built, leased, sold and
remodeled homes from Serra Retreat to Corral Canyon, Matador Beach to Decker Canyon. Now a Realtor with Coldwell
Banker, her passion has become her vocation and her experience within the community as a professional, a mother, a
